Time Management and Managing Meetings

Overview
The course aims to improve existing skills whilst developing new ‘key’ meeting and time management skills. Highlights the benefits of better time management such as maximizing effectiveness, stress reduction and staff retention.

  • Be able to minimize time stealers.
  • Plan effective meetings.
